Grand opening

We are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Auburndale’s very own watersports park, Elite Cable Park, that will be open to the public Saturday, July 13th 2019 by Aktion Parks and USA Water Ski and Wake Sports Foundation.

Please join us for the Grand Opening where industry executives, local dignitaries, watersports enthusiasts, and Auburndale locals will celebrate together. Tantrums Lakeside Grill, Elite Cable Park’s restaurant, will also open with a spectacular lakeside view with a wide variety of food.

9:00 a.m. Elite Cable Park Pro Shop open

10:00 a.m. Grand Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting

11:00 a.m. Elite Cable Park fully open to the public

Ground breaking

The ceremonial shovel-turning, featured representatives from partners including the USA Water Ski Foundation, Aktion Parks, City of Auburndale, Polk County, Visit Central Florida, USA Water Ski, Five Star Family Growers, Rodda Construction, JSK Consulting and some of the world’s greatest water skiers and wakeboarders, on the USA Water Ski Foundation property on the South end of Lake Myrtle.
